How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be sent to you by private courier. International orders will be sent to you by Royal Mail International Signed for Airmail. All items will be dispatched on the working day (Monday to Friday) following our receipt of your order
Delivery Charges are:
Delivery to UK - £6.50 per order
Delivery to Europe - £15.00 per order
Delivery to outside Europe - £25.00 per order
What countries do you accept orders from?
We accept orders from all over the world. To see if we deliver to your country simply click on the dropdown menu at the top of the page. If your country is listed then select it and all prices will be displayed in your local currency based on current average exchange rates. In addition delivery charges and taxes will also be automatically calculated. Please note that we charge in GB Pounds so prices in your local currency are for guidance purposes only. The actual amount you pay will be determined by the exchange rate your card issuer applies to the transaction to change your currency into GB Pounds.
What About Refunds and Exchanges?
We have a no fuss refund and exchange policy. If you decide your purchase doesn't suit you or it doesn't fit then we will refund you the price of the garment or send you a replacement.
All we ask is that you return it in the same condition that we sent it, unworn and with all the original tags attached
Please note any refund amount will be less the delivery charge on your order unless the item was found to be faulty or not what you ordered. Exchanges sent out are subject to the original delivery charge.
If you require a refund then we will try to process that on the day we receive the item from you. Please note it may take up to a week for the money to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights and is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive.

How do I Pay?
You can pay by Credit or Debit card via the website or by phoning us on 01271 855855.
Cards we accept, (MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Visa Debit/Maestro / Solo / Switch).
The goods will be despatched once your funds that have been paid to Caine Ltd have been accepted.
Order Notes
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. Caine Ltd monitor prices on a daily basis.
We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, Caine Ltd reserves the right to decline orders.
