Your order will be sent to you by private courier. International orders will be sent to you by Royal Mail International Signed for Airmail. All items will be dispatched on the working day (Monday to Friday) following our receipt of your order

Delivery Charges are:
Delivery to UK - FREE
Delivery to Europe - £15.00 per order (£25 for heavy or bulky items)
Delivery to outside Europe - £25.00 per order (£50 for heavy or bulky items)

We accept orders from all over the world. To see if we deliver to your country simply click on the dropdown menu at the top of the page. If your country is listed then select it and all prices will be displayed in your local currency based on current average exchange rates. In addition delivery charges and taxes will also be automatically calculated. Please note that we charge in GB Pounds so prices in your local currency are for guidance purposes only. The actual amount you pay will be determined by the exchange rate your card issuer applies to the transaction to change your currency into GB Pounds.

We have a no fuss refund and exchange policy. This means that if, after receiving your item, you don't want to keep it for any reason, you can post it back to us for a refund or an exchange. We don't impose a time limit so you can purchase an item now to give as a present safe in the knowledge that we will accept it back after Christmas if it isn't suitable.

All we ask is that you return it in the same condition that we sent it, unworn and with all the original tags attached. The cost of returning the item is yours.

Please note that for orders delivered to outside the UK, any refund amount will be less the original delivery charge on your order unless the item was found to be faulty or not what you ordered. Exchanges sent out are subject to the original delivery charge.

If you require a refund then we will try to process that on the day we receive the item from you. Please note it may take up to a week for the money to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights and is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Cards we accept, (MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Visa Debit/Maestro / Solo / Switch).
The goods will be despatched once your funds that have been paid to Caine Ltd have been accepted.

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. Caine Ltd monitor prices on a daily basis.

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, Caine Ltd reserves the right to decline orders.
